  1. @Krydos: Seems his php files are generating 500 errors and with each error comes a core dump file. I've created a helloworld.php file in his home directory and it too generates a 500 error.
  2. Your home page is returning a 500 error.
  3. Your site isn't showing the queued page. Your home page is taking forever to load but your site is still active as you can see from your cron script that loads fine: http://wastbook.tk/ow_cron/run.txt Clear your cache if you see the queued page.
  4. Evidently your cron jobs ran again before you had a chance to delete them and the system suspended your site again. I went ahead and disabled your cron script located here: /home/snwast/public_html/ow_cron/run.php All I did was rename it to run.txt so that it wouldn't execute. Ok your site is back up again.
  5. Your account was suspended for having too many cron jobs. Your only allowed to have two cron runs per day. Okay I've unsuspended your account. Be sure to take care of the extra cron jobs.
  6. Your site doesn't seem to be showing the disk quota exceeded.
  7. You don't have to be registered. See the link in my sig (signup monitor) for a countdown to registration.
  8. Your site had become inactive because you failed to login to your cPanel every 30 days. Ok I've reactivated your account for you. Clear your cache if you still see the error page.
  9. Just incase it wasn't clear, just tick the place where it says: Forward to email address: and then enter the email address in the form.
  10. Your username is actually: holmespi Ok you've been granted permission to create a second account.
  11. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. No you do not loose any of your files. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  12. This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost. A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish. If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. For example: user1: unsuspend user2: backup user3: backup, idontreadrules.com user4: thoughticouldgetawaywithit.org
  13. You need to use your cpanel username: tcby6207 Or if this is an additional ftp account that you've created then the username would look like this: admin@supergeek45.heliohost.org For the record, it's not necessary to create an ftp account to actually ftp into your site. You just use your cpanel username and password to ftp into your account. Thanks!
  14. Your account was suspended for causing high MySQL load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the MySQL load you put on our servers as it slows down MySQL for not only your site, but MySQL for all of the other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  15. Have you tried using the non secure ftp?
  16. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  17. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. Be aware that this is your second suspension for the same reason. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
