Did you chmod your file to 755?

Your site is working now after renaming your .htaccess file to copy_htaccess. Check your php declarations in your .htaccess file. I forget which don't work for heliohost now. Maybe all of them?

It probably wasn't your fault. You were probably trying to connect while the server was under a denial of service attack and your ip got blocked to allow the server to come back online.

I'm seeing both of those backups in your home directory. Try clearing your cache.

You shouldn't need to change anything. You didn't delete any files in your home directory did you? If you'll post your username i can better help you.
