  1. Did you do any imaging on your site recently? Like maybe resize an image or something like that? Or use any tools recently on your site?
  2. This is not your tmp directory but the tmp directory for Stevie. What script have you been using recently, maybe an image script?

  11. Seems to be working ok for me: http://taptapculture.com/wp-admin/install.php
  12. If your wanting to see the public_html folder from Filezilla, just leave the default remote directory as blank, and Filezilla will list your home1 directory showing you the public_html directory along with your other directories.
  13. When you first login using Filezilla it will open up the public_html directory and you should see your folders and any files you have. You could also just login to your cpanel and click "File Manager".

I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  16. As I write this post, I'm showing this error, which seems to come and go. Now I get the blank page and I get these headers: http://bybyron.net/2/redirect.txt A created a page in his sgpaste folder and it works fine: http://www.sgpaste.tk/admin.php I'm thinking there's a coding problem.

  20. This was the reason that ip was blocked: 151.229.250.233 # FTP 206 connections - Thu Feb 12 22:08:09 2015 Ok I've unblocked that ip.
  21. Did you delete the subdirectory or did you delete the .htaccess file? Did you try refreshing your cache? What's your username and domain name?
