  1. i have no idea i was using only username xdwolf but i got my other one roxanne suspended sometime ago my xdwolf was working but it was also suspended i thought it was due to have two account i only have those two username currently register and using a year ago my brother did make multiple account and was suspended but he was using my account so i dont know which other account got me suspended this time maybe i mistakenly logged in to my id once or twice while i was on vpn i dont know honestly maybe thats what flagged the multi account trigger. yes i will post from roxanne thank you again
  2. Hello HelioHost Team, I knew that having multiple accounts is not allowed under HelioHost's policy. Unfortunately, I didnt know same rule applies even to donated accounts: Username of suspended account (donated): roxanne Username of active account (free): xdwolf I would like to respectfully request the following: Reopen the suspended roxanne account (I donated for this account and would prefer to continue using it). Disable/delete the xdwolf account to comply with your one-account-per-user rule. If possible, please move my current domain niraj-stha.com.np from xdwolf to roxanne. Remove any existing domain currently assigned to roxanne, if needed for the above transfer. I sincerely apologize for the oversight and appreciate your understanding and support.   9. I made a password projected directory with users but when i open the link to password projected directory it doesnt ask for login. it says Forbidden You don't have permission to access /pwprotectedfolder/ on this server. how do i make the password window pop up when i open this link ?
  10. Hello, I'm writing to report an issue with the web mail service. I sent an email to a recipient but received an error message stating "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender." I've double-checked the email address and it is correct. When I try to send a mail i get the following error. I have enabled ssl for both website and webmail. I have also enabled DKIM spam protection system inside mail settings. Could you please investigate this issue and provide a solution? Thank you for your assistance.
