When compared to uptime and stable , stevie is better than Jhonny. Signup for jhony if you need Java ,asp services. If you are going to use php alone, Stevie is best choice.

I don't think you can use both php and JSP in a single server. But you can runs the file from two different server and use link to each pages. Let me ask one question. Why do you want to use both PHP and Jsp?

Expected one. When i enter into blogging world, i use the co.cc first. I realised the drawbacks of co.cc within 1 month. So i switched back to blogspot itself to save my users. Now i got a domain for it.

Heliohost is completely Free and they try to provide the best service as the paid one. I think 250Mb is just enough for any sites. You can use unlimited database. You don't need more than that. But there is discussion going on the above mentioned link to increase space for forum posts.

From my experiencel, the error occurs when you have your website and cPanel open at the same time. Yes. He is right, i had this problem and realised later. I have already posted about this in previous posts itself.
