That IP is the Cody server. It's nothing to be concerned about, just means you signed in through our website versus directly through https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083. It happens because our website signs into your account on your behalf in order for the "HelioHost tools" page to work.
If you want the reported IP to be accurate, do not sign in through our website.
I can NOT sign in on your "website" - it dose not like my password
the only URL that I use to log in to cPanel is [ https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/ ]

cPanel shows [ Last Login ] as IP [ 65.19.143.5 ] ( which is a Helio Host IP )why is this a issue? - when I log into cPanel - if the [ Last Login ] is not my IP then someone else has been into my account (that is how it should work)can cPanel show the 'real' log in from IP address - as it does on my other hosts ?

We actually recommend https://heliohost.org/login/ or https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/ because 2082 in the link above is insecure and unencrypted.

on the home page of cPanel's x3 theme there is a icon in the Email box for [ Webmail ]
on the 'new' cPanel's home page - I do not see a [ Webmail ] icon

no data for your account could be recovered from the diskI just tried going to https://heliohost.org/backup/ and entered my username & email. Upon receiving the email it asks me to download my "backup". However, after downloading the backup, which is in the filename of twodots.tar.gz ..... I tried opening it but it says "the archive twodots.tar.gz
is empty"..... I'm not sure what am I suppose to do? As I'm not very tech savvy

Is this the reason why I cannot login to my cpanel? It gives me an error saying "Invalid login". My user name is imraanah and email address is imraan.ahmed.89@gmail.com

the backup was created by a (automatic) script - but Stevie's hard drives are very damaged so all of your information (files and databases) might not be in it
if you had a folder(s) outside of [ public_html ] (e.g addon domain) - post it here and the Admins will look for the next time they work on server Stevie
The backup retrieval at [ https://www.heliohost.org/backup/ ] requires you to enter the email address originally used to sign up - A link will then be Emailed to that address to download it - If you have trouble - or do not receive the link - or the link you receive does not work - post back here so the Admins can look into the issue and add you to the manual recovery list if necessary.

I get the plain HTTP in latest Chrome and Firefox unless I specify otherwise...do you have an extension like HTTPS Everywhere installed?
