It sounds like its a .sql he's trying to import in PHPMyadmin...
He might be better served by using remote MySQL and a tool like MySQL workbench to load something that large into a database.
he might hit server overload (i.e. HRU) using MySQL Workbench to upload a file that size
I would upload the file with FileZilla to the server
then use BigDump to import it into the database - see --> [ http://www.ozerov.de/bigdump/ ]

I've updated already but still I couldn heliohost access my site using CloudFlare's name servers right now I'm what do you suggest I do ?

I see the DNS for domain [ multidebrid.ml ] is set for CloudFlare
DNS "A" record [ 104.18.46.66 ] and [ 104.18.47.66 ]
DNS "NS" record [ elmo.ns.cloudflare.com ] and [ rihana.ns.cloudflare.com ]
did you set your Heliohost account (i.e. IP address) in CloudFlare ??
to test it I would pause CloudFlare to cause the IP address that CloudFlare has for your site - to be returned by Cloudflare's nameservers - which will send send traffic (users) directly to that IP address (of your site) - rather than through Cloudflare's reverse proxy
to pause CloudFlare see --> [ https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200169176-How-do-I-temporarily-deactivate-Cloudflare- ]

Open Filezilla
Click File >> Site Manager
Click New Site
Type "Johnny SFTP" and press enter
In Host field type "johnny.heliohost.org"
In Port field type "1342"
In Protocol dropdown select "SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol"
In Logon Type dropdown select "Normal"
In User field type your cPanel username
In Password field type your cPanel password
Click Connect
Approve the remote server key, and check the box to not ask you about this server again.

my site is still pointing to my old my old registrar's nameservers...
it is the the other way around - nameservers point to your site's address

cPanel will not set your domain as a "addon" until your registrar DNS "NS" records show Heliohost's nameservers - using only the "A" record (i.e. IP address) will not do it

DNS for domain [ multidebrid.ml ] is set for Cloudflare - but Cloudflare can not find your site (page) from Heliohost
CloudFlare's [ Development Mode ] allows you to - temporarily - enter development mode for your websites when you need to test or make changes to your site
To turn this feature on or off - You will find the Development Mode option by going to Settings --> CloudFlare Settings --> Settings Overview

Thanks for the updates. In order to use "Always use HTTPS" do you have to have an SSL certificate installed on Heliohost's servers or can the connection between Heliohost to Cloudflare be http, and then the connection from Cloudflare to the visitor viewing the site uses https?

server Tommy is open for new accounts each day at midnight UTC - today it was open for about one hournow I am left without a server since Tommy is full anytime I check
