IF your account was suspended for [ System Resources ] AND/OR [ Terms of Service ] - Admins will need to unsuspend your account - if that can be done
you should try the [ Renew Account ] on the [ Account Suspended ] page
IF your account was suspended for inactivity - because you did not logged into your account for more than 30 days at [ https://heliohost.org/ ]
you can reactivate your account at [ https://www.heliohost.org/renew/ ]
to prevent this from happening - you must login to your account at [ https://heliohost.org/ ] - with no more than 30 days after your last login
if you have any issues post them here so the Admins can look into it
If you are still seeing the "Account Suspended" page - after reactivating your account - clear your browser's cache and history - close browser - reopen browser - then check your site again

the key word here is "reasonable" limits - I did not say anything about the amount or size of those limits
If we severely crippled it like that...
-The server is fully capable of being stable while allowing unlimited domains/bandwidth/etc.
while you account has unlimited addon domains - how many of them could you use when each of them has a Web site made with a CMS such as WordPress ( BTW I am a bigoted and opinionated hater of WordPress ) while your account has a disk space limit of 500 MiB - my point is - with that disk space limit - would a limit of 4 addon domains - that would allow 5 Web sites with your account - be unreasonable ?

with
one account per household or individual
limit of inodes
limit of disk space
limit of databases
limit of domains
limit of Email accounts
limit of bandwidth
Limit of Cron jobs per time of X
no remote MySQL (in or out)
no SSH access
cPanel's MultiPHP Manager (versions 5.4 thru 7.1)
user must login to account with no more than X days from last login
or account will be suspended
the user can remove that suspension up to X days
anytime after that - the 'system' will delete the account (with its files and databases) with no backup
backups are the sole responsibility of the user

you can not use a subdomain of [ heliohost.org ] (e.g. myaccount.heliohost.org) - you need to use you own domain...i only input the domain in cpanel
on cPanel --> SOFTWARE --> CloudFlare page there is a pull-down list next to the CloudFlare icon - near the top of the page - of the domains on you account at HelioHost

after you setup your database in cPanel --> [ MySQL Database Wizard ]I would like to enable unrestricted remote access to the following database:

enter your ISP's IP address and you can add other IP address'

If you want any IP in the world - to connect to the database then put a [ % ] there instead of any IP - this is a large security risk
