If your SQL had something like "CREATE DATABASE" phpMyAdmin will throw a error

you can not 'make' a database with phpMyAdmin (set that way by host)

you need to make a database with user(s) in cPanel first

SQL file is a text type - take a look inside - look for something like "CREATE DATABASE" near

the top

just did a import with phpMyAdmin

I save my database from "MySqlWorkbench" in a SQL file then import it with phpMyAdmin into my account here at Heliohost

have used proxy(s) - same

have found when server is in overload I receive the 'queued' page

do we need to post after receiving a new (again) "HELIOHOST ACCOUNT QUEUED" page -- to have it reset each time ????
