Something on your site is causing to much load, and that load affect all the users on Johnny. We suspend such account to protect all the users and the server from slowing down or even crashing. And since you didn't take actions to fix the problem, you get suspended again. I don't know if your site can be unsuspended again. An admin will need to take a look into it.
