I'm not an CSS expert, but after some seaching I came across this page: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13156172/ie9-not-rendering-background-image

Perhaps that is the problem why you don't see the background in IE9.

Keep in mind, supporting IE-browsers can always be tricky.

What could help to support IE-browsers, is to including html5shiv.js.

It can be found in this github repo: https://github.com/aFarkas/html5shiv

This little script will fixes html5 elements in IE.

Try to split the database is smaller data files.

And upload them over time, and not all at once. So you don't put to much load on the server.

2) In your post, include the following information:

b. the server your account is on

c. your HelioHost main domain

Okay, that I know, that does not fix anything with lol I need areadancefm.com is the primary domain and not in (Queued) for after I point the domain to heliohost so fast without waiting for 24 or 48 hours, because I can not leave the domain with the poster on my web QUEUED so long. Do you understand?

There is no way around that time delay.

For new parked or add-on domains to become active, apache needs to be restarted. This is done at a certain time every day.

That is why you need to wait. Restarting apache for every single domain that is added for is simply not possible.
