  4. This is, unfortunately, the situation I am in ad well. I was forced to use Cloudns for my free domain and Cloudflare for my paid one. No idea why, but from what I can gather, the Hestia team didn't mess with the DNS config from vesta when they built it.

  14. So I did a cross check with accounts we have in the database and I DO see the account and it DOES say Archived. I, however, do not see either the username or email associated to it in the backup database. I will escalate this to Krydos.

  19. 1. Krydos sets up the VPS. He will let you know when it's finished. 2. No, only ssh, its not hard to learn and we would be more than happy to teach you how to use it. Otherwise you can install a control panel if you want ( I use Hestia). 3. If I recall correctly, it's 30 days after cancelation.
  20. Unless Krydos has the link to the backup, there is no way to get this until Ricky's backups are made. I personally looked and rn all I see are 4 backups in the database. I would wait for Krydos to finish first.
  21. I have no idea how the last login will work but I know nobody is gonna get archived for being past the 30 day limit while this is going on. What I'm hoping for is that the 30 day login requirements be reset for all accounts that get unarchived once this is done.
  22. Actually when krydos is doing is copying all the accounts to Cody, and when that is done, he will fully wipe Tommy and start over with Plesk and restore the accounts.
  23. Eventually it will be able to be downloaded via our backups system, so at this point I think it would be best to keep it archived instead of unarchiving it only to archive it again.
