  1. How about add-on or parking of some domain name like eu.org, .br etc, that was an issue on Cpanel, will plesk make it easier for users? Or it is still going to be business as usual where the Root admins help adding them manually as it is on Cpanel. Sorry if this not the right time to ask this question I am just curious.

  7. The old Helionet forum is simple and flexible but the new rebranded forum is advance and dynamic. I am finding it hard to understand the rebranded one.

Though I am not a fan of WordPress but to test your work I installed WordPress this afternoon and tried this plugins on it but it didn't work for me, I installed and enable it with ease although when I wanted to generate statistic it puffed out error 500. I uninstalled both WordPress and the plugins immediately. I'd like to know how @Jenova did it, I want to know what did wrong and try it again.

  13. I think the only way now is if you downloaded your previous backup to your hard drive then restore it, otherwise you'll have to start a fresh. Having said that, the admin could take a look deeper to see if there is something they can do to help.

  15. But why don't you just go to domain in Cpanel, redirect it and be done with it. Beside it will create the redirect rules code in htaccess by itself
  16. To make .htaccess visible you'll need to go Cpanel->file manager->setting and enable hidden files and if you can't still see it, then create it but it must look look like .htaccess

  19. I am sorry for bumping this thread especially after it was already marked Solved @Robertzo I don't think ghost should be among the list of a better cms on free host. The ever continuous 5mins crone job thing to wake the ghost site up always leads to suspension within 24hrs after installation

  23. @Krydos I think it is useless trying to reason with this kid to accept his wrong, just let him be. What I see here is that the kid does not understand, He does not want to understand and he will never understand. @xwintk, no offense bro but how would you feel if you are the one providing this services and one of your staff(trusted member) is advising one of your customer to quit your service and go somewhere else straight up?
