  1. Well then I'm out of ideas. How would you feel about me recreating your account? You'd have to re-upload your files, recreate your MySQL databases, email accounts, FTP accounts, etc.
  2. Sorry, but this isn't possible.
  3. Nope, sorry still not working. Exactly the same and still not showing in the Addon Domains list. The museumdisplaycases.co.uk has work o.k. from the start but I cannot get the gallerywall.me.uk to work and of course I cannot re-enter it. Is it okay now? Username: furbud HelioNet Username: benoos http://furbud.heliohost.org/ furbud.pl Problem: HelioHost Account Queued for five days; Domain not showing in the Domains list Is it okay now? Is it okay now? Is it okay now?
  4. The server is Apache with mod_wsgi, and it's already running. If you stick in all the files and go to the specified URL, it should be working.

  6. When you get the error: 1) Does it say cpsrvd or cpsrvd-ssl? 2) Does your URL have http or https?
  7. Can you open your PHP files and find all lines with the word "header" in them and show them to me?
  8. Unfortunately, ASP.NET is down here until March. Once it's up, though, you'll just need to upload the application's source.
  9. Perhaps you are uploading weird files? Do they have a .htaccess anywhere?
  10. Filled up disks don't slow stuff down (except the swap partition).
  11. Huh...? You're saying the disk filling up is the cause of this?
  12. Does it happen at random intervals, or only after you upload files?
  13. I'll keep working on this, but server load issues are often difficult to diagnose.
  14. You can do traceroute through cPanel. How often do you plan to run your cron jobs, anyways?
  15. This is pretty weird. Have you installed/done anything recently on your account?
  16. You can't do that. Our PHP is setup under suPHP - it isn't compiled under a DSO. In other words, the php_value directive does not exist under our Apache.
  17. Uhm, how did I figure out that port number? Did you portscan us? Regardless, we don't offer SFTP.
  18. Then I guess our only available option is PDO SQLite.
  19. You don't need ASP to do what I mentioned above. Try researching again.
