  1. Claire: your domain seems to be working fine. Remember, it takes up to 24 hours for a domain to come online. Okay, I am out of ideas for the "owned by another user" issue. I've contacted cPanel support - they should get back to us soon on this one.
  2. worldhello, chrisathelios: Okay, I'm going to try the same thing I've been doing before. This time, though, please check Server Load before you add the domain and make sure it is below 4. You can do this under Service Status on the left panel of your cPanel.
  3. You deleted your Postinfo.html file. Check here for more information.
  4. worldhello, Master Bogdan: try again now. benoos, chrisathelios: can you guys recount exactly what you do each time I fix the issue? Are you trying to register the domains twice? If so, what message do you get the first time?
  5. Okay, I've granted both of you guys dedicated IPs.
  6. Okay, I see your point. I've changed the CNAME record.
  7. chrisathelios, benoos: try again now.
  8. Mmhmm - should be 24 hours. Okay, try now.
  9. 1) I just logged in to your cPanel and the database updated. How have you been logging in? (From what URL, etc.) 2) I am seeing emails in your inbox. Are you seeing any?
  10. There is a Simple DNS Zone editor in cPanel, no? Doesn't that work?
  11. Okay, I'm contacting cPanel on this one. EDIT Never mind, I actually figured it out. I'll fix it up in a few hours. EDIT andrewq2, chrisathelios, benoos, rusboy: try now.
  12. It looks like you have a 500 error, but Django is catching it. Try looking at Django's error logs.
  13. andrewq2, chrisathelios, benoos: I've tried something new. I think you should be able to add your domains now. serkan: the nameservers for that domain aren't pointed to HelioHost. Do you actually own the domain?

  15. Unfortunately, our server load often spikes. During this time you will get 500 errors, and there's not much we can do to avoid this. We'll do our best to keep server load down.
  16. Okay, you're definitely confusing me. You mentioned court documents. Have you been sued before? If so, what were the charges?
  17. You're thinking of mod_userdir, and unfortunately we have it disabled.
