  1. It shouldn't be too long. The server is usually below 4. As for after successful addition - 24 hours.
  2. Dxzz: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. deepke: Try again. Remember: please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once.
  3. Wizard: delete neither - both will delete the account as well as the database entry. I'll delete the corrupted entry from the database on my own. jspcrepair: Are you able to login from other locations and with other browsers? It's possible that your workplace is blocking outgoing port 2082.
  4. It's actually right in cPanel. On second thought, they might use mod_rewrite? Regardless, there is some automated configuration to add directives to your .htaccess to allow traffic on port 80.
  5. What would you PM me? Unless it's a username/password (the latter of which you shouldn't need to give me anyways), I'd rather communicate publicly for reference purposes. The subdomain URL is a valid cPanel login. You can try yoursubdomain.heliohost.org:2082 as well.
  6. I'm really not sure what this script is doing... so you'll have to ask them about this. Giving somebody the username and password to your cPanel is pretty dubious, though.
  7. There's really no way from the moderator script - I had to go into the database and manually write a DELETE FROM query.
  8. Okay, I've granted you a dedicated IP.
  9. ism: We block all outgoing ports not in use for security purposes. Using the Apache proxy should work fine, though. Is there any reason you need direct access to the Mongrel server? byron: Nah, that's just the database corruption script being weird. I've deleted the extra entry.
  10. Oh, never mind. This is actually my bad. Okay, try again now.
  11. You disabled URL includes, and then you tried to include a URL. This isn't a hosting problem.
  12. Instructions can be found on the web. cPanel is pretty self-explanatory. What's your HelioHost username?
  13. Never mind, turns out that a Zend Optimizer version for PHP 5.3 has not been released yet. I guess there's no Zend Optimizer.

Copying wouldn't be enough - I would have to run ldconfig. But regardless, both libraries are necessary for installation. Let me know if you find the second one!

Hey NikeJoshua, I have no problem with source packages - I use them all the time. However, the SVN repo you linked to contains no makefile, which is necessary for compiling source packages. I would have to figure out the source code myself otherwise. On the other hand, the SourceForge page has a makefile, but the makefile seems useless. It made the package, but then it has no rule for installing the package, and no instructions on how I should go about with the installation. Furthermore, my understanding is that Ming has two sides to it - the library, and the PHP extension. I think this package only handles the former.
  16. Well the warnings should be gone now. Any other error information you can find? I take it you checked your error_log and cPanel's error log, right?
  17. Any way you could some debug information? Without it being more specific, I really don't know what to do. I already unblocked the necessary ports.
  18. Make a new topic once April rolls around, and make sure you don't exceed bandwidth again. Your site will have to be down for this month.
  19. Sorry, but Tomcat is currently down. If everything goes as planned we'll look at reenabling it in the coming months.

    ASP.NET is back!

Java is still down. If ASP.NET doesn't hurt us too much in the way of performance (and it doesn't seem to be so far), then I'll put Java up ASAP.
  21. Port 587 is already unlocked both ways on TCP. What error message are you getting?
