This behavior is expected. Domains no longer include webmail by default. If you want to use it, you have to explicitly turn it on in the mail settings for the domain, and then wait an additional two hours.

Removed the .helioho.st domain and changed 1932washhouse.com to be the main domain. Changes should take effect in the next hour.

I've added that domain to the account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up the DNS with the domain registrar.
