  1. I've noticed a lot of these today...mostly for 28 jobs (a few are for 56...which is 28*2, one of these is still suspended since the user hasn't posted). Even I got suspended for 28 jobs that never existed...I haven't touched my cron since March of last year (when I set up one job once a day) I find it a bit odd that numerous unrelated users are being suspended for exactly 28 jobs. All affected accounts are on Stevie too. Is the suspension script malfunctioning?

  2. There was a problem with the server that Johnny is hosted on. This resulted in quite a bit of downtime for users who have their accounts located on this server. Stevie accounts were unaffected. The problem has been fixed and Johnny is now in the process of booting up. We expect service to return to normal shortly. Thank you for your patience.

  3. The latest version of Python 3.4.1 which was released about a month ago on May 18th 2014 has been installed on Johnny for all Heliohost accounts to use. The release notes and changelog can be found at https://www.python.org/download/releases/3.4.1/ If you're interested in using this new version of Python in your scripts be sure to use the shebang #!/usr/local/bin/python3.4 to access it. As always if there is a feature you need or an upgrade to your hosting don't hesitate to ask on our support forums located at http://helionet.org/
