Suspended and Queued Accounts

If your account has either been wrongly suspended or queued, then please create a new topic in this forum and a support administrator will assist you.

Read before posting!

Please clear your internet cache before posting!

Please use this subforum to report any Suspended or Queued problems with your account. If you are experiencing any of these problems, please follow the below instructions and a support administrator will deal with the matter as soon as we can.

If you believe that your account has been incorrectly queued:

1) Create a new topic named "Queued: hh_username", replacing hh_username with your HelioHost username

2) In your post, include the following information:

a. your HelioHost username

b. the server your account is on

c. your HelioHost main domain

 

If you believe that your account is incorrectly suspended:

1) Create a new topic named "Suspended: hh_username", replacing hh_username with your HelioHost username

2) In your post, include the following information:

a. your HelioHost username

b. the server your account is on

c. your HelioHost main domain

 

If you do not respond in this format, your topic may be closed.
