I would like to ask if it is possible to put in the .htaccess a configuration for allowing or denying a specific address/all for viewing the website.Because I think I tried but I guess it didn't work.

I would like to request for the TgCrypto module to be added for Python. It is required for the Pyrogram module to make it run faster. I am using Python 3.10. PyPi link for TgCrypto: https://pypi.org/project/TgCrypto/

I have a MariaDb instance setup with public access, and connect to it for a GatsbyJs app build. From my machine, the build completes the SQL queries successfully after about 190 seconds, however from the AWS Amplify server build it errors with ECONNRESET after about 150 seconds. I believe both instances are using the same NodeJs version, so it does not appear to be an issue on the client side. What else can be determined about this error, such as info from server-side logs?

I just went to look at this and the domain was completely useless due to incomplete configuration on the server side (something failed internally). I just removed it and readded as an actual alias so both domains share httpdocs as expected. It'll take up to 2 hours to work.

@Unknown025 we can actually create a true alias such that both domains work instead of one just redirecting to the other, which is probably what he wants. Creating one of those is not supported by the admin tools though, it has to be done manually by a root admin.

This support request is being escalated to our root admins.

Hi, My account (mothzee) was suspended because of me exceeding storage limit above 1GB. I recently started working on my website, I installed WordPress, then Joomla, but finally I stayed with Drupal - that might be the cause. Something on your account started using a ton of CPU. This could very well be something like one of your sites suddenly becoming very popular or being hit by bots. If you are using software that's extremely heavy like WordPress, that would be the first place to start looking. The logs in Plesk will also show the traffic to your domains which can help you determine whether or not one of your sites with simply being hit with excessive traffic. Please take a look through your account and If you need any help, let us know. Unsuspended, it may take a few minutes to start working.
