A subscription limit of 0 means you've been blocked from sending email. Users are limited to a maximum of 50 emails per day. Your account sent 73 back on October 25 and lost its ability to send email as a result. Note that for our accounts, we count by recipient so a single email sent to 2 people will count as 2 emails. I've gone ahead and reset it for you. You should be able to send email again shortly. -

Hello, I recently upgraded to Morty to improve my website performance and to future-proof a bit. When I try to send outgoing email - I get a message "The mail limit has been reached." I found the subscription for my account and apparently the limit is set to 0? On my domains I can set the limit to 50 messages per hour, and on mailboxes 10...so I am just wondering if 0 as the limit on my subscription was intentional or a bug. Thanks in advance!

The peel and jobs subdomains have been removed. Please note there is a risk of data loss when domains are removed, since the folder for the domain inside Plesk will be deleted. I made a full account backup for you before I removed the domain, in case you need any of the old files. [Solved] Subscription suspended due to overuse

The specified backups have been discarded and the scheduled backup job has been turned off to prevent recurrence. If using scheduled backups, it's recommended to configure them with remote storage to prevent this from happening. Your domains can take up to 2 hours for the 503 Service Unavailable error to go away. Please let us know if you need anything else. -
