  4. Account Roxanne has been reset. You’ll receive an email shortly with a link to create a fresh account. You can pick the new main domain while completing the reset process. Please let us know once that process is complete so we can add the additional domains for you.
  5. if thats not possible yes please roxanne.helioho.st main and remove the other domain thank you
  6. It looks like there may be a bug in the latest version of Plesk which blocks users from creating PostgreSQL databases. I've tried a few things to get it working again, but they have all been unsuccessful. We may need to wait for Plesk to fix the bug and release an update.

  8. Thank you very much!
  9. Domain added. it can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  10. I would like to create an Addon Domain with these info: My hosting account username: xmlsdk The full addon domain name: gbman.helioho.st Thank you!
  11. I would like to create a Lily account to support Classic ASP. Thank you!
  12. We use Plesk's implementation for getting LE certificates, and I believe it does supply the intermediates. We've never had a user report issues with LE certificates not verifying on Firefox due to missing roots or intermediates, though I know FF works a bit differently from other browsers.
  13. For any or all of your plans, with a Let's Encrypt certificate, do you use the SSLCertificateChainFile directive or append the relevant intermediate certificate to the server/domain certificate so that the client receives the intermediate certificates? My reason for asking is I use Firefox which newly installed only includes the root X1 & X2 certificates and throws a wobbly if the server doesn't send the intermediate(s), or connects but issues a warning if the intermediate is user imported. Usage over time will probably find the intermediates installed from other sites which send the complete chain, but I'd like it to work correctly first time.
  14. You do indeed need to reset your account if you tried the toolkit and want to remove it or start over with it. The tool kit (or possibly softaculous, not sure if it can change doc root when you install an app from it or not) is the only way to change the document root on your side. Laravel is rather poorly supported on our servers. It does work, but you would need to use the tool kit to create a skeleton app, then manually replace the skeleton files with the software you’re trying to install, probably via FTP. You can run artisan commands from the toolkit I believe if needed. I’ve gone ahead and reset your account again for you.
  15. You’re likely using the wrong path to the binaries. Its /usr/bin/python3.12 (or python3.9). All accounts have access automatically, this is not something that has to be requested. Please see: https://wiki.helionet.org/Python_Tutorial
  16. Hi HelioHost team, My account username is tigersak, domain tigersak.helioho.st. I’ve tried running Python scripts via both CGI (cgi-bin) and Scheduled Tasks, but python3 is not available in /usr/bin or /bin (see $PATH). Even /usr/bin/env python3 fails. Could you please enable Python (Passenger / Python3 runtime) for my account, or move me to a server that supports Python? Thanks for your help!
  17. You're very welcome! This support request is being escalated to our root admins who can set up the alias for you.
  18. Thanks for the explanation 🤗 <33 I think that using a separate domain would double the memory usage hehe. I'd like to have an alias please.
  19. Do you want it added as an alias or do you want it added as a separate domain? The best way to decide which way you want it setup is: Do you want to have one set of files for both web addresses so visitors to each domain see the exact same content? If yes, you probably want an alias. If you want to have each website different from the other and for each site to not share the same files and content, you want an addon domain. We can add it either way for you, so just let us know which setup you want. 🙂
  20. Subdomains don't get a httpdocs folder. Instead, you'll see new folders at the same level as your httpdocs folder (which is where your main domain files go) with the same names was your subdomains. You'll put the web files for the subdomains in the folders named after them.
  21. how can i manage files for those subdomains like where can i upload files for different subdomains thanks.
  22. Hello, Please help me add "nap.bunrieucua.com" as an alias for my "ygo.heliho.st" domain or as a separate domain for my account. Thanks!
  23. I'm trying to install a Laravel application using the Laravel toolkit but each time I do I hit a bottleneck and it seems that the only way to delete a failed attempt is to reset the account. I have tried installing by connecting to github - this failed to find the app. I have tried pushing my files to the host but the hosting document root was set to /httpdocs and I couldn't see a way to change it to /httpdocs/public so this also failed. I then tried using the toolkit skeleton but it appears that this requires ssh access to push the files to the repo it creates which is, i believe, not allowed and hence I was just left with the skeleton app. I noticed though that using the Laravel skeleton at least set my document root was set to /httpdocs/public after trying to deploy the app. I have read the wiki and help files and the documentation on Plesk but they don't seem much help with regard to Laravel. Any pointers on how I should go about it would be gratefully apperciated. Douglas
  24. I have backed up all the files from my domain locally, so please feel free to go ahead with resetting my account and making niraj-stha.com.np the main domain. Also I would like to request that the subdomains (api, admin, blog) be added as mentioned earlier. Thank you so much for your assistance and I appreciate your help in getting this all set up
  25. I've added those subdomains to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the subdomain additions to take effect. If after a full 2 hours they don't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  26. Username: nottanmayyy Want to add three new subdomains in my website (nottanmayyy.heliohost.us) One is darkos, another one is badlands, and the last one is payments Like darkos.nottanmayyy.heliohost.us badlands.nottanmayyy.heliohost.us payments.nottanmayyy.heliohost.us Thanks!

  28. We can change the main domain without resetting, but it must be to a domain that has never been hosted on the account before. Existing addon domains cannot be converted into a main domain without resetting your account as doing so will break the account. Do you want me to add the subdomains and just change the main domain to something like roxanne.helioho.st instead so the other domain is gone?
