    Morty Storage

    Hello, I'm curious what is the maximum amount of storage space on the Morty server? How is storage space added to a plan? This seems unclear on the Morty information page. Thank you

I believe it's the iPhone's increased security that's clamping down on the certificate thingie, because i tried setting up the mail client on my Mac with the heliohost server and it was also raising security flags, and I needed to agree to proceed, which it then successfully set up the mail client.

You have 3 options to regain access to your account: You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.

  19. hi. thanks for the reply. actually, i used the heliohost server's own mail client setup, for iphone there's a profile configuration that's downloaded onto the phone. There it automatically sets the incoming mail server host name: javalan.helioho.st, user name: spider@javalan.helioho.st, over SSL port 993. this worked before on my iphone, but recently just gives me an error trying to reach server. i checked the SSL certificate in my plesk control panel (javalan.helioho.st account), and i do have the Let's Encrypt certificate selected. I don't quite know how to update it. Carlos

  21. Your account looks fine on our end. Is there a specific error you're seeing? (Note that while accounts can send email right after creation, most email providers will not accept the emails unless you request SPF and DKIM... these email security features are not set up by default).

The domains do not fit on your account as we lowered the domain limit on Johnny accounts to just 5 back on January 28. https://helionet.org/index/topic/66787-domain-limits/ You're allowed to keep your existing domains as-is (you have 8), but if you want to make any changes, you must comply with the new limit, which for you would require removal of at least 3 domains to bring the total down to 5. If you want these two added, you'd actually need to remove 5 domains (so you have 3 + the 2 new ones). If you need more than 5 domains, you will need to upgrade your account to Tommy (which still has a 10 domain limit), or Morty (15 domain limit), or more (by having more than one Morty account).

  28. You can renew the certificate in Plesk under SSL/TLS certificates (select the option to secure mail when reissuing the certificate). That said, the supported mail configuration is to use tommy.heliohost.org as the server for IMAP/SMTP instead of your domain. Doing that will prevent this issue (as well as several others).
