  2. No problem, please let us know (by making a new thread) if we can help with anything else. 🙂
  3. Hi KazVee, Thank you for your reply. It seems that the current situation is ok for me, and I don't need to swap my domains for now. You can close this thread now.
  4. It looks like sonanella.com is already your main domain. You have another addon domain as well. Are you asking to swap the main domain (which will have its files in the httpdocs folder) and the addon domain (which gets its files in a folder with the same name as the addon domain), or what is it that you're trying to accomplish exactly please? We can swap the domains, but it will require an account reset first, so your entire account doesn't break. Please have look at the implications of a main domain/addon domain swap, and let us know when you're ready for the account reset: https://wiki.helionet.org/Changing_Your_Main_Domain#Account_Reset_is_Required_to_Swap_Main_and_Addon_Domain
  5. Hi, I'm bumping this request since it was made a day ago.
  6. Today
  7. Here are the DNS records gab.pt.eu.org. 14400 IN TXT "v=spf1 ip4:64.62.151.106 ip6:2001:470:1:1ee::2009 ~all" _dmarc 14400 IN TXT "v=DMARC1; p=quarantine" _domainkey.gab.pt.eu.org. 14400 IN TXT "o=-" default._domainkey.gab.pt.eu.org. 14400 IN TXT ( "v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIIBIjANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQEFAAOCAQ8AMIIBCgKCAQEAlhoaveQHXrnhdK5QpkflFQXGGchTtTizdX3qnpBLQjPvOi4PNkgA2Rn2G9AYDg9z8MFH86l+MOYuOy9gOhoVHMZvVtDM5i+g/YOfKz3l5YxNb8+ltLjivU2541UyryG6leONKkOb2+mWC2vZJ7o3+Wl0G6pXHuo8xZC03t6F8ywjFoD3lbJbutc+tc+yXJIrA" "cyEAOhdk0KdRvK/RDlVJQS02F/eXEovAnwU/lGYEifYuLelEtpxiplCAT2oMFkSRbzxqsvg990jbAdrtaHgmIicRal3P53VJJGQ3v+21dJFKjkwgAxve94FaXchvJSUKonQn/VBnuXgWXJQsIvPvQIDAQAB;" ) You can either change your NS records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org or copy those into your external DNS provider.
  8. Document roots can be changed with valid justification. We have about 8000 accounts so we don't change document roots for anyone without valid justification because it unnecessarily increase admin workload for no good reason. / is already inaccessible to a browser plus you can create directories such as /private/ that are also inaccessible to a browser.
  9. You can temporarily change the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and once DKIM, SPF and DMARC have been setup on the domain, you can just copy the records for use with cloudflare and switch the nameservers back after you're finished. Escalating so a root admin can setup the records for you.
  10. This support request is being escalated to our root admins.
  11. Subdomains added. it can take up to 2 hours for them to start working.
  12. Hello could you please add these 2 subdomains below, thank you. files.chud.christmas bans.chud.christmas
  13. Hi! I actually am not sure if I should post this here? But anyways, I am using Cloudflare and I don't know how I'm supposed to set up email delivery, because every time I send an email to someone using a gmail address it says this: Your email has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated. 550-5.7.26 Gmail requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM. ...for my domain gab.pt.eu.org. Since I'm using Cloudflare and the HelioNet wiki says I have to ask for the records, then I figured out I would make a post, but I don't know how that would work since I am using Cloudflare. Thanks!
  14. Your current balance is $6.4075 plus $15 plus $3 bonus equals $24.4075. Based on your load from the previous 30 days this should last you until 2026-11-07. If your load decreases it could last longer, if your load increases it could run out in less time. Thanks for increasing your Morty balance.
  15. I tested this a bit Morty logs loading on Node.js enabled domain = 3.43 seconds Tommy logs loading on Node.js enabled domain = 20.01 seconds So, yes Morty is quite a bit faster, but it shouldn't take more than 30 seconds. Perhaps you need to reset your account first regardless of whether you move to Morty or not. I think this is an issue specific to your account, not a server-wide issue.
  16. Hi! I'm currently on Tommy, and I need to change the document root for "keibeeit.heliohost.org" which is pointing /public_html directly since I don't want any domain or any other person to get to /public_html directly. Can you please change it to "/public_html/freedom"? Thanks so much!

  18. Please, add USD 15 at the fund of my account. username: talesaz e-mail: azevedotales@outlook.com PayPal Transaction ID: 1CJ10701WC331473R Thanks!
  19. sorry my bad I mispelled the domain... could you please delete familiybudget.helioho.st api.familiybudget.helioho.st and all the contents inside this 2 folders, doesn't matter and please create a new subdomain: familybudget.helio.st
  20. You got suspended for using too much memory. The limit is 200GB per day. Please fix the issue quickly. Unsuspended. It may take a few minutes before you can login again, and domains can take up to two hours to function.
  21. You're the first person to report that the logs are slow only when node is enabled... that's an interesting observation. Morty would likely make it faster since the entire server is quite a bit faster than Tommy, but I'm actually kind of curious as to why this only happens to you when node is enabled. Maybe Krydos has some input on this?
  22. Java / JSP is not currently available on the shared hosting accounts. Although it is on the roadmap, there is no estimated timeframe as to when Java may be offered. You can read more about ETAs here: https://wiki.helionet.org/ETA In the meantime, if you need Java / JSP, you would need a VPS. We offer different plans, starting at $4 USD / month, with a discount of 10% if you pay for 6 months upfront (which is confirmed once you select a specific pricing plan): https://heliohost.org/vps/ Once Java support returns, it will be announced in our forum News section (https://helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/), the Java page in our Wiki (https://wiki.helionet.org/Java_JSP), our Discord channel, and our social media. There was a fundraiser last year, and for donations of USD $35 or more, donors were able to sign up to be beta testers on the new server that will have Java once it's ready. I have asked in the Staff channel if this would still be open to you, in case that'd be another option for you. We'll update this thread if we can still take donations from Java beta testers.
  23. I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  24. Hi! My account "msbwindmark" on server Johnny is active. I would like to request Java/Tomcat access to deploy a Java Spring Boot and React project. Thank you!
  25. I would like to add the domain: chud.christmas, thank you.
