    Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account: You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.

    Hello, I have a problem with my HelioHost account, today logging into HelioHost I saw that my account has exceeded the gigabit limit, however I can not even access the database, web hosting, applications section; plesk does not let me do anything, how could I solve it, to see what is consuming space to remove it, and if necessary expand the space of my account

    @wolstech I don't see a Johnny, Tommy, or Morty account associated with this email address, but it seems like VPS120 is what we're talking about. @kbp2025 We can certainly help you set up a reverse proxy, but I'm not going to waste my time on a VPS that is powered off for not paying. Your payment was supposed to go through on 2025-10-15, but failed twice so far. We emailed you about it 27 hours ago, but it doesn't look like you have set up a new subscription yet.

I also noticed that you randomly received a review invitation link on 2025-07-21. We would be really happy if you could click the link in the email to give us a 5 star review. It will only take you a couple minutes to write a sentence or two about your support request today, and it goes a long way to help us out. We recommend using the link that was emailed to you because 5 star reviews that don’t click the email link pretty much all get deleted.     Domains cannot be directly changed, but rather have to be deleted and re-added. Doing this will delete the content associated with the domain being removed. Is this OK?

    You need a VPS if you want to run a game server. https://heliohost.org/vps/ We do not specifically provide game hosting, but a VPS is just an empty linux box that you can install a game server on.

    This is a Krydos question. I'm not sure if our system can do this or not (and if so, I'd imagine Krydos would need to edit the Apache config to do it as Google shows the relevant commands are not supported in .htaccess). Usually Flask is implemented via WSGI on our service (https://wiki.helionet.org/Flask), not as a self-hosting application with a proxy in front of it. Escalating.
