I am requesting the unsuspension of the Helioho account registered under the email address jeanelleegalasinao@gmail.com. I believe the issue may have been caused by two users accessing the same account, which might have triggered an error or problem. As a result, both my account and web domain have become inaccessible. Username of suspended account: stma Heliohost main domain: stma.helioho.st I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Hi wolstech, I am getting this error when trying to connect my app to the DB: "🔥 Fatal login error: Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND tommy.heliohost.org:3306" The hostname "tommy.helihost.org:3306" cannot be found by the app. I've got the below option checked, is there somewhere else I need to enable external DB access, or is there a different hostURL I need to use? EDIT: nevermind, issue was I was keeping the :3306 when I didn't realise I already had a separate environment variable for the port so it was double porting the URL. Kind Regards, Michael Hoffmann

Domain added, it'll take effect in about ten minutes. I believe we automatically generate a "www" prefix, but you can create a redirect using an Apache config to redirect to the main domain.

Yeah, it's good that you told us first. When people login to multiple accounts they tend to get suspended because you're only allowed to have one account. If your client wants to grant you access to login to their account they can let us know from their own email address, and then you can give us support requests for either account.

Perhaps an administrator can weigh in on this, especially so you don't get flagged as having multiple accounts. As far as managing DNS records or addon domains, if you want to make requests on his behalf, I'm sure something can be arranged as long as we also get his written permission (either an email or a forum post) to make sure it's okay.

I've changed your main domain to "noterapida.com.ar" and added "igna.site" as an addon domain. You'll need to create an A/AAAA record or switch to HelioHost's nameservers for noterapida.com.ar to work. Changes should take effect in about an hour.

Hi there! I got a client, I recommended him to use HelioHost. He gave me access through Plesk Panel. However, I'm curious if I could have the ability to configure the DNS records, and adding custom domains to his Plesk Panel through asking here in HelioNet forums customer support? Would it be possible even though I don't have access to his heliohost account but just as webmaster in the Plesk Panel? Sorry if my question is a bit confusing haha.

Yes, you just have to enable remote access in Plesk. To do that, you edit the database user. The options for remote access are at the bottom of the permissions page. Once it's enabled, you simply connect to tommy.heliohost.org:3306 with a client app.

We don't allow SSH on Plesk plans for security reasons. If you need that, you would have to switch to a VPS where you have an entire server to yourself. Note that if you want to switch, a VPS comes as an empty Linux box, you would have to install all of the Web server software as well as your project. There's no control panel, or anything, though many people choose to install a free one like Hestia.
