Hello HelioHost team, Thank you for your message and for the great work you do providing this service to the community. I would like to clarify that I have not violated the Terms of Service. I only have one active account and have not created or used any additional accounts, nor have I shared it with anyone else. It's possible that the alert was triggered due to a shared or public network I recently used to log in (for example, from work or school), which could have caused this misunderstanding. Please review my case again, as I'm sure I comply with the Terms and do not have more than one account. Let me know if you need any additional information from me. When requesting to add a domain, please make sure you specify the entire domain you want added, including the TLD (.com, .net. .heliohost.us, .helioho.st, etc) to make it easier for staff to understand the request. Since you already have a helioho.st domain on your account now, I've guessed you would want the same thing and have now added anchietareboque.helioho.st to your account. If this isn't what you wanted, please let us know the full domain you want added. The domain addition may take up to 2 hours to take effect. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache

That account is not suspended. The server's /tmp folder was full, which has since been fixed. -

I have the same issue i can't login even to the forum. Site: ecity.gr, at morty. It doesn't even find me as registered. The plesk looks like find in temp a part of the storage of the db is dead or generally may lost a part and need the backup. Your VPS is ready now, and you should have received an email about it. Depending on the OS you select it can take anywhere between 6 minutes to 24 hours for it to be ready. CentOS Stream 10 is closer to the 24 hour end of the spectrum. In fact, you're the only person who has ever requested this OS.

The httpdocs folder is Plesk's equivalent of public_html. You can just put the files in there.

It's not related to your Tommy incident. It's because the VPS is queued for manual build. I'm pretty sure CentOS Stream10 is not an OS that can build automatically (if I remember right, only Ubuntu and Alma set up automatically). As a result you'll need to wait for a VPS admin to manually create that for you and send you the information. Escalating for attention of a VPS admin.

Hi any chance you can provide example for htaccess file ? If you can proxy your websocket through Apache or Nginx, it can work without opening a port: You could use an '.htaccess' file to proxy the websocket connection through Apache.

Hello I hope you're well. I purchased a VPS today using the email rafal1509@gmail.com, but I believe there may be an issue with the account. Previously, this email was associated with a profile under Tommy server, which was suspended due to a misreading of the house rules which led to the suspension. ( I had created another TOMMY server with sat4all login ) Now, although I received the initial confirmation email stating that I would get another message once the VPS was set up, I haven’t received any follow-up or setup details yet. I’m concerned that the VPS setup might be affected due to the email being linked to the suspended account. Could you please check and confirm the status of my VPS setup? If needed, I’m happy to provide a different email address to associate with the VPS account to avoid any conflicts. Thank you for your help.
