I share a network with another person that has a heliohost account, and we both use the service sporadicly (bintrestreeterm recommended heliohost to me for web-hosting). We each only have one account, but the traffic comes from the same IP address.

You're actually suspended for both a disposable email address and multiple accounts. Users are only allowed to have one account. If you'd like to use the domain, you could still create an A/AAAA record to Morty's IP address. Cloudflare unfortunately doesn't support setting custom nameservers.

Hello, I own a domain name: r-george.com. It was bought on february 25th so 60 days have not passed. Cloudflare does not allow me to change my nameservers. I tried Cloudflare Redirect Rules way but i think I still need some help from you guys, Is there a way to solve this problem? Thank you for your help!

Yeah he was the other one who already asked for his account back. School networks and education accounts are a common source of false multiple account suspensions here. I've asked to have these accounts whitelisted so they won't get flagged again, and I'll unsuspend you once I hear back about that.
