I took a look at the logs and Apache doesn't even seem to be pointing at Django at all. UPDATE Ok, it actually does. This line came from Apache error log: I'll see if I can address this.

Hello, in the DJANGO Deployment page, the instruction was to replace the "domain.helio.st" with the site address for the dispatch.wsgi. In the previous posts from the forum with discussions about the old panel, you have previously used the username instead of the site address. Both were tried but the DJANGO application did not deploy. The directory structure is consistent as shown in the DJANGO Deployment page, except the project name is softhauz and not djangotest. The content and directory of .htaccess and dispatch.wsgi files are also consistent with the DJANGO Deployment page; both files were only modified to replace the actual project name instead of djangotest, but the DJANGO application did not deploy. If someone can please take a double look and let me know what I'm missing, if it's from my side or yours, thank you.

We don't have an account with that domain. That said, it looks like you might be user wxxle. Is this correct? Assuming that's correct, you are suspended for having multiple accounts as well as for having a webshell on your account. Users are only allowed to have one account, and web shells are not permitted for security reasons (we consider them to be malware as they are frequently used by hackers). Hello! I noticed that your contact email address for your HelioHost account is on a domain hosted with us. This means that if you ever forget your HelioHost account password and try to reset it, the password reset email will be sent to your account on HelioHost that you forgot the password to, so you'll be stuck.
