As well, many of us will consider factors like the complexity of the request and factor in how much spare time we have right at that moment to action the request. Unlike for-profit hosting companies with full-time employees working 40 hours a week, it is rare for any of our volunteers to work more than an hour or so per day. No one is required to log hours and volunteers come and go as they please. If we are not having fun volunteering, providing support, chatting with the community, or developing new features, we take a break and focus on other things.
