  11. There is no limit on the number of files. The limit is based on storage space. If it fits within your 1000MB quota, you should be able to upload it.

  13. Hello, I currently have the website genland.helioho.st and I would like to rename it to genhub.helioho.st. I understand subdomains cannot be renamed, so I’m requesting the creation of genhub.helioho.st , and the deletion of the old one. Thank you!
  14. It may be a file limit, but note that my files are on the Monty server with a paid monthly subscription and with a link to my page on Morty. This is how it was setup by Krydos as far as I know. What is my limit on Monty? Where can I check that?
  15. We haven't received any other reports of issues with SFTP on Morty, so this may be a connection issue of some kind. Does it work if you upload via the Plesk file manager? Also, how big is the file? Your account only has about 148MB free (showing 852MB of 1000MB used at the moment).

  17. Trying to upload mp4 file to my Tommy directory and getting error Received SSH2_MSG_CHANNEL_DATA for nonexistet channel 0. Sometimes it does a partial transfer. I uploaded same files before. Tried mulyiple sftp clients that worked in the past, same results Thanks and happy new year

  24. It looks like 28 accounts had their data corrupted from the power outage, and yours was included. I have restored your account from the most recent backup we had for you. Keep in mind we don't regularly back up accounts for people, and we always encourage people to make frequent backups of their own data. Now that your account works again you should be able restore any newer backup that you made yourself.

  28. The home directory for this account is completely empty. The httpdocs folder and even the logs folder is missing. A backup dated 2024-09-28 is available for this account. Would you like to restore it?
