Greetings, I rushed to get a hosting, just opted for a Morty about an hour ago. And It looks great, but now I realized I am not gonna be able to do everything I need on it, i.e: install and/or uninstall packages/software whenever I need, when testing sometimes I need to do this quite often; use some custom command line utilities or python scripts made to analyze internal data, etc. So I thought I was gonna be able to move my plan to a VPS one, using the option on the dashboard, but it does not move plans, just accounts and that is not possible between shared and vps accounts, but reading on the refund policy page I saw I do not really need a full refund to buy again a VPS, it says it can be exchanged. I haven't uploaded anything or configured anything, so I do not need to transfer any data, and I will be able to do my work with a VPS earth. So how can this be done? Thanks a lot for your help.

I had a Tommy account which was suspended, and I want to move it to Morty with all my files. I have already bought the 6 month plan.

The load mostly came from systemd, which is usually due to excessive use of scheduled tasks or FTP connections being left open. We've seen this before, and weirdly systemd-related load suspensions are always the most prevalent after a server is rebooted (Johnny was rebooted yesterday due to hardware maintenance). It usually calms down after a few weeks, and we have no idea why. Please reduce the frequency of your tasks, and if using FTP make sure you're closing your FTP connections when you're finished using them. No Forbidden Services: The script is not a proxy, it does not involve cryptocurrency mining, gambling, or social media marketing ("like bots"). It is a private cloud management tool. Single Account: I maintain only this single account with HelioHost. Potential Resource Usage: I suspect the suspension might be related to the frequency of a scheduled task (Cron Job) used to check for cloud capacity. Johnny has been powered back on, and everything seems to be working. Let us know if you notice any issues.

We are currently doing maintenance in our datacenter, and we are going to be powering off Johnny, and a few VPS for a short period. We'll make another news post once everything is back online.
