I just went to add these and learned that Plesk does not support creating aliases to a subdomain (it can only alias the actual addon domain). The below aliases cannot be created as a result: teste.centralmacatuba.dpdns.org mcp.centralmacatuba.qzz.io cdn.centralmacatuba.qzz.io cdn.centralmacatuba.dpdns.org

Please note there is a risk of data loss when domains are removed, since the folder for the domain inside Plesk will be deleted. I still don't know what happened, and still can't get it to work. I upgraded to Tommy, thinking that might have helped change things. Still doesn't work. Please close this thread. I will probably move my domain to HelioHost anyway now.

Added. You can use A and AAAA records to point the domain to us. The IP addresses needed will be visible in Plesk below the domain options once the domain finishes adding. The domain can take up to 2 hours to function.

Oh yeah that will do it. Also, if you were seeing outgoing mail not deliver from your account, it's probably because SPF and DKIM weren't set up for the account (we don't configure these unless people ask for it). I've gone ahead and set those up for you and also restored your mail service. We recommend avoiding using the forwarding function in Plesk, as every forwarded email counts as a sent message, and simply receiving a bunch of mail can cause you to lose your email service... Finally, now that email is enabled again and SPF and DKIM are set up on your account, we recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.

I'm pretty sure it's because I turned on mail forwardind. I turned it off after noticing the outgoing Heliohost restrictions weren't compatible with getting all my mail this way.

Your account's email service was removed because you exceeded the 50 per day email limit. Forms being hit by bots, excessive automated notifications, or using the mail forwarding feature are the most common reasons users exceed this limit. Note also that each recipient on an email is considered one email, so a single message sent to two people counts as two emails. Do you know why you would've sent more than 50 emails in a day?
