To Whom It May Concern I am using VPS133 to study PHP programming. I have encountered an issue while developing a PHP application. When I try to retrieve a visitor's IP address, my code only returns the IPv6 address. However, I need to obtain both the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses (when available). Could you please advise whether this is related to the server or network configuration, and let me know if there is a way to retrieve both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses from visitors? We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.

yes sorry, will be carefull later. also, I am writing to request your help in setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for my domain, jagung.web.id. My hosting account username in johnny : bahayo I have been having issues with my emails going to spam folders. I ran a test which confirmed my domain currently has no email authentication configured. The results are as follows: SPF: None DKIM: Unsigned DMARC: Missing Spamhaus Email Tester Score: 3/9 (Does not comply with Yahoo/Google requirements) I understand that HelioHost can configure these records for me. The official HelioHost wiki states: "To help improve the delivery of your emails, you can request that SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records be added to your account. Please create a new topic in our Customer Support forum and include your hosting account username and domain name so we can set this up for you."

Please can you rebuild my VPS, this time without the Hestia control panel. I did't realise it defaults to things I don't want i.e. apache and mysql and I'd rather have a clean system without them. The addon domain will have its own directory with the same name for your webdocs. Only the main domain has the httpdocs directory. The domain has been added. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to fully work. If after that time it doesn't work, clear your browser cache. Please note that requests should be in English as this is what all staff are fluent in. We would appreciate it if you could translate your support requests to English to help reduce the work load on our unpaid volunteers. I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address, which you can view in Plesk. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache. The only unresolved question in this thread is we've asked you (on June 13) to try and send a test email again please and let us know if the problem is gone.
