Hello HelioHost Support, Thank you for reaching out and for your work in keeping the community fair. Iād like to clarify the situation: I did not mean to violate the Terms of Service. I only logged in to another account because I was in the middle of coding and wanted to install cPanel on that account. I got careless while switching accounts and did not realize this might trigger a multiple-account warning. I have no intention of abusing the service or creating unnecessary accounts. Please keep my [specify which account you want to keep the account under this email active, as that is the one I primarily use. You're welcome! I see you've also asked for the modules here so please follow that thread for updates. By the way, raising the new thread for the modules was the right thing to do. š Admins like myself can add/remove domains, but only a root admin can add Python modules, so keeping reach request for domains and modules in its own separate thread makes it easier to get the request to the right admin level who can make the changes needed. -
When asking for modules to be added, please be sure to provide which version of Python you're using. You're on the Tommy server, so are you using Python 3.9 or 3.12? I've made those changes for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain changes to take effect. Please note there is a risk of data loss when domains are removed, since the folders for the domains inside Plesk will be deleted. I made a full account backup for you before I removed the domain, in case you need any of the old files. To clarify this, you were suspended because you have your contact email address set to an address that is hosted on the account. Doing this makes it impossible to regain access to your account if you need to do something like reset your password. Normally, our process when this occurs is to quietly revert the change to the email address that was used during sign up. However, in your case the email address you used to sign up couldn't be used either as it violated the terms of service by being disposable. Please provide a valid, nondisposable, email address that is not hosted on the account, and we will update your account and unsuspend you -

Looks like you were suspended for having an invalid email address, which is against our terms of service. You'd need to provide a valid email address to be unsuspended. -
Hi! I noticed my account is suspended. Which means I can't login to find out what's wrong with it. So I would like to have my account restored or some other method to fix what's wrong with it or to at least figure out what the problem is.

Is it possible to reset my account and start over, i seem to have mismanaged something , and i get the "Your domain should start working in about " in a loop , ive already removed everything that was on the space and no luck username is jeroenhoefkens (domain is registered at combell.be and is hoefkens.net, that works afaik )

Generally we require people to request forum account deletion by logging in to the forum account you want deleted and making a post like "delete this forum account, please". The reason for this is so people can't just request deletion of random other people's forum accounts. For instance, Krydos says, "Delete my extra MoneyBroz forum account that I no longer have access to." Why don't you have access to that forum account anymore? Have you tried resetting the password?
