Unfortunately, I'm unable to access my MYSQL db from outside the heliohost although the remote access is enabled. Previously, I was on morty and was able to access it via my domain akbaig.heliohost.us (was never able to access it via the IPv4) However, when I got moved to tommy, i'm no longer able to access it. Then I resubscribed to morty.. and im still unable to access akbaig.heliohost.us:3306 for the purpose of sql. Any idea?

An administrator can configure DKIM for you. In the meantime, you can try sending a sample email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ and see what it suggests to improve your email delivery performance.

hello. please, I have a problem with email delivery. is it possible to add DKIM + SPF + DMARC. my domain is "ekm.helioho.st". when I was on TOMMY it worked. the web application sent the email fine. now it doesn't arrive on most emails. thank you.

We all have full time jobs and lives outside of this project. We run this organization in our free time, and if we don't have very much free time things don't get done very quickly Most for-profit hosting companies have a staff of full time employees who sit around providing support and working 40 hours a week. It's very rare for any of our volunteers to work more than an hour or so each day. None of our volunteers are required to log a certain number of hours and may come and go as they please. If we aren't having fun volunteering, providing support, chatting with the community, and developing new features then we take a break and do things that are more fun for us.
