  14. I’ve recently purchased the Morty plan under the username slwmplylwmorty and uploaded my Flask code, but the website isn’t loading. There are no errors during deployment, so I’m not sure what’s going wrong. I’ve double-checked everything on my end, but it still won’t display. Could you help me figure out what might be causing this?
  15. Your Johnny accounts domain has been changed to peeky2.helioho.st and an invite has been sent to your email address to create the Morty account with a $6 balance. During the Morty account creation process you should be able to pick peeky.helioho.st again if you wish.

  19. For clarification, cloudflare keeps throwing a gateway timeout error which means the software you are using is too heavy for the site to load. For example Wordpress is notorious for this.

  22. Resetting your account is just “delete account and reinvite user” internally. Make sure you use the link in the email, it should let you create an account without paying since it’s a reset. If the email link is trying to make you pay for some reason, let us know and we can resend the invite.

  26. I'm not able to access your site past the Cloudflare security page. You can check the logs in Plesk to see if there are any errors listed there, or try disabling Cloudflare temporarily to see if that's what is causing the issue.
