  2. Thanks a lot for giving me remote access for the postgres. Where can I see this log? I looked for it all over the logs section in Plesk, couldn't find it. Another question is, how can I use environment variables when deploying?
  3. 4. Today
  5. What version of Python do you need these installed for?
  6. It's because you're trying to use an email address that is already associated with your Morty account that you deleted. I removed the email address from your deleted Morty account, and the new Tommy account created just fine. I sent you a password reset email, and once you click the link in that email to set a new password you should be able to login. Out of curiosity, why did you delete your Morty account only to create a Tommy account again a few days later?
  7. To access it from a Django app running on our server, yes just localhost. To access it remotely, you’ll use the server host name (tommy.heliohost.org). Escalating to Krydos.
  8. Hi, Could you please assist with installing the following dependencies for my project?
  9. Hello, I'm trying to convert my Django (v5.0.7, python version 3.12.7) project to work on my Morty account (specifically my testing domain papasenpai.heliohost.us), however I cant seem to get it working. I apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge of the subject. I have followed the Django tutorial https://wiki.helionet.org/Converting_an_Existing_Django_App#Converting_an_Existing_Django_App_to_work_on_HelioHost, and I still get this error: Here is my directory structure: Here is my .htaccess: Finally here is my dispatch.wsgi: Thank you, Troy
  10. Yeah, I couldn't find them. In plesk I opened logs. I only get the Requests and Http status codes. I don't see the trackeback of the errors.
  11. another thing he create domain and dns for me does this have problem , and if yes how can change my account or remove it , what can i do ?
  12. The name of the database is: an4s911_anas and the user is: an4s911_admin Also give me info on how I can connect to it from my Django app. Should I just use localhost? Will that work?
  13. i no have 2 account with 2 thing , account my friend i think is orca or orcagroup my account is voltars , we use different domain
  14. Tracebacks usually dump into the Plesk Logs section if there is one. They're a bit hard to read because of how Plesk formats them, but they're usually there. If you can't find what you need, just let us know and Krydos can check the backend for any additional logs. As for Postgres, there is no management tool and it does not support remote access by default. You have to either install something like Adminer, or request remote access to it so you can connect from a desktop tool like pgadmin and configure it that way. What is the name of the database and database user that needs remote access?
  15. Support is all volunteer and is primarily based in the USA. We were all asleep when you responded. If you post anywhere between 12AM and 7AM (US Eastern time), you won't receive a response quickly since there's nobody available. That said, we don't believe your story either, especially since the supposed owner of the other account has been caught lying to staff previously (which is bannable on its own). If it's your account, you should be signing up on your own, under your own email address, and managing your own account from your own computer. Our terms of service does not allow users to manage another person's account on their behalf without requesting permission before creating the account. Can you explain why the email addresses on these accounts have the same person's name in them?
  16. why no replay to me ??
  17. It's nighttime in the United States right now, where a majority of our volunteer staff is. You should receive a response in about eight to twelve hours.
  18. yes can multiple users sign in from same network , also my friend invite me to heliohost and we put configuration from his device
  19. Your account has been reset, you should receive an email to recreate your account shortly.
  20. do you know how long this could take?
  21. Недавно сделал переход с Джонни на Томми и хочу на новом сервере начать с нуля
  22. This support request is being escalated to our root admins who can look into this further for you.
  23. account is ncatey2 and I paid for tommy
  24. Yesterday
  25. Thanks for the answer. I continue getting 503, or 500, or whatever after a long time waiting for the response... I was thinking that maybe is a problem related with db but it would be weird (my db is near to 250kB) I tried to check if SSL is the reason for, but the tool from HelioHost says that the score is "Grade A" This is what Logs shows almost everytime I guess this errors appeared after waiting browser to load (no matter if I tried to get into the website through mobile or computer). I accessed to website and then started a timer, and it loaded the error after 65 seconds... I tried too with "mysqli" instead of "PDO"... In the beggining, seems to be faster, but day after change it, it seems the same.
  26. here's something https://vps111.heliohost.us/contentment oh. the world reaches its end doesn't it. with each passing moment. that thing doesn't care. after all, it doesn't "feel time". it doesn't feel anything.
  27. Good afternoon, Thank you for all of your kindly work. it is much appreciated! I'd asked about running Python, but I might have it under control on my own. (i'm surprised, excuse me.) So this to say cancel my query about "how do i get python to work", where i was rambling about Gunicorn. Any tips or "fun stuff to try" is always appreciated. This will be my first "python" web stuff. Cheers!
