After i enjoy my past months with my website not breaking with heliohost, ive surprised that my website suddently not working, ive cek my htaccess its still the same as before, and i can verify my wordpress installation is working with wp-cli (my website is https://plj.my.id), the homepage is still safe, but other than that, is showing error "The requested URL was not found on this server."

Hello HelioHost team, Thank you for your message and for the great work you do providing this service to the community. I would like to clarify that I have not violated the Terms of Service. I only have one active account and have not created or used any additional accounts, nor have I shared it with anyone else. It's possible that the alert was triggered due to a shared or public network I recently used to log in (for example, from work or school), which could have caused this misunderstanding. Please review my case again, as I'm sure I comply with the Terms and do not have more than one account. Let me know if you need any additional information from me. When requesting to add a domain, please make sure you specify the entire domain you want added, including the TLD (.com, .net. .heliohost.us, .helioho.st, etc) to make it easier for staff to understand the request. Since you already have a helioho.st domain on your account now, I've guessed you would want the same thing and have now added anchietareboque.helioho.st to your account. If this isn't what you wanted, please let us know the full domain you want added. The domain addition may take up to 2 hours to take effect. That account is not suspended. The server's /tmp folder was full, which has since been fixed. -

I have the same issue i can't login even to the forum. Site: ecity.gr, at morty. It doesn't even find me as registered. The plesk looks like find in temp a part of the storage of the db is dead or generally may lost a part and need the backup. Your VPS is ready now, and you should have received an email about it. Depending on the OS you select it can take anywhere between 6 minutes to 24 hours for it to be ready. CentOS Stream 10 is closer to the 24 hour end of the spectrum. In fact, you're the only person who has ever requested this OS.
