No problem. For what it's worth, the page you described is normal for up to about 2 hours after a domain is added or an account reset is completed. If you recently completed a reset or had the domain added back to the account, that's why you were seeing the message.

Johnny accounts have a 5 domain limit, so these won't fit as written. To make them fit, we need to reduce the number of domains by one. I would suggest either making one of them your main domain (and remove ashraf.helioho.st), or skip the alias. How do you want to proceed?

Sorry that you're having problems signing up. I don't see your IP blocked in our firewall, but an administrator will be able to look into the matter. A lot of IPs did indeed get blocked recently due to a lot of bot traffic.

I am trying to register for a free HelioHost account, but I received a message stating that the subnet containing my IP address (46.184.137.138) has been blocked due to excessive malicious traffic. I believe this is a shared IP assigned by my ISP, and I have never used HelioHost before. I am a computer science teacher at Bayan School in Bahrain, and I would like to use HelioHost to host educational PHP and MySQL web applications for learning, testing, and demonstrating web development concepts to my students. I fully understand the need to protect your servers from abuse and I will comply with all of HelioHost's Terms of Service. I will only use the account for legitimate educational purposes. I missed that the first time somehow, but it's set now. Let us know if you need any help with the DKIM, SPF, and DMARC. Since you are using external DNS you have to actually set the records yourself since we can't login to your Porkbun account, but we may still be able to offer advice if you're having trouble.

We had a ton of bots attacking our wiki the other day, and just kept blocking more and more IPs until the server was usable. Unfortunately it looks like a lot of legitimate users ended up being blocked as well. Thanks for reporting the block. Are you able to access the wiki now?
