Could an admin please resend the renewal / PayPal invoice link so I can pay immediately and avoid data loss? Domain removed and new domain added. it can take up to 2 hours for the new domain to start working. since removing a domain sometimes deletes the files associated with it, you can download a backup of your account before the removal at https://heliohost.org/backup You can find the A and AAAA record under the dropdown menu of your domain in Plesk.

Like Wolstech said, Tommy doesn't have Redis, so I'm not entirely sure what the point of installing this module is. You can install Redis on a VPS though. https://heliohost.org/vps/ If you really are planning on connecting to an external Redis server from Tommy let us know, and I can take a look at whether installing the Python module is possible.

I only logged in to another account because I was in the middle of coding and wanted to install cPanel on that account. I got careless while switching accounts and did not realize this might trigger a multiple-account warning. I have no intention of abusing the service or creating unnecessary accounts. You're welcome! I see you've also asked for the modules here so please follow that thread for updates. By the way, raising the new thread for the modules was the right thing to do. 🙂 Admins like myself can add/remove domains, but only a root admin can add Python modules, so keeping reach request for domains and modules in its own separate thread makes it easier to get the request to the right admin level who can make the changes needed.
