Okay, I understand now. What you're saying is true. I noticed it had Node.js services and tried to test it, but since it didn't work, I deactivated it. When I tried to access the website, I couldn't, so I thought it was due to a PHP dependency. Then I installed WordPress to see if that would work, but since that didn't work either, I deleted it. I remembered I had a backup and restored it, and the site worked. But today I encountered this problem, so I sincerely apologize š for what happened -

When accounts are suspended, the user's website is replaced with a page explaining the reason for the suspension. In your case, you've been suspended for high server load: 204.28 GB memory in 24 hours, when the limit is 200 GB. The sudden drop is when your account was suspended. If you're not sure what caused the suspension, please let us know more about what you were running (Node.js and WordPress are notorious for causing user suspensions, for example), and we can try to offer suggestions on how to reduce your account load. Please let us know when you're ready to fix the issue, since if we unsuspend you and no code is changed, a suspension will happen again pretty quickly, and there are only a limited number of times an account can be unsuspended. -

Accounts mrmezo and mrmezo2 have been unsuspended. I've renamed the binaries for the ASP app on Lily to prevent it from running until you fix it. The accounts may take up to 2 hours to function.

Thank you for the detailed explanation. I sincerely apologize for the high CPU load and any disruption caused to the serverās stability; it was never my intention to impact the performance of the Lily server. I am completely fine with that. Thank you for your patience.

It's against US law to "enable access" or "make available" illegal content that's hosted elsewhere too (it's still considered copyright infringement), so your site cannot access/convert IPTV or other copyrighted streaming content that the user provides either. The high load was also the Lily app. It pegged the CPU at 100% and almost hung the server (in fact, it may have been the cause of a hang a few weeks ago, though I cannot verify that since I couldn't even log in at the time to see why the server was overloaded, it had to be restarted). That said, this app is way too heavy for Lily...a VPS is really the appropriate way to run something like this. Here's a screenshot of your IIS process using 97% of the entire server's CPU from when you got suspended...it was like that for about a half hour before we suspended you. That TempDuckUrls is indeed what triggered the porn detection. If that's just a cache, that's fine, it sounds like someone just went searching for that content and the cache kept the URLs. I didn't see any other mentions of adult content besides these, so just need to clear the cache. To be unsuspended, you'll need to: Remove the IPTV to video M3U functions (the other pieces of the tool that just provide non-video statistics like game scores and such should be fine to keep, it's the IPTV piece specifically that is a copyright issue) Delete the proxy PHP file on the plesk account. Make sure the image search tool doesn't cause excessive load, remove if load cannot be controlled. You'll probably need to ask to check your load on Lily since there isn't a way for you to see it like there is on Plesk. Fix the content filter on the image search tool. You mentioned it's supposed to have one, getting it working should solve the porn issue. Clear the TempDuckUrls cache. Would you be good with that? If so, I'll give you 24 hours to do so.

I only noticed the email regarding the changes to the terms of service after my account was suspended.,its my mistake The site allows users to use their own IPTV/Stalker subscription to work on older stb/receivers that only work with m3u files, and provides other features such as image search, football match history/scores(no streaming just text), and more. The site does not host any type of content. And about "video converter" and "file" you mentioned I think there's a misunderstanding. I can't tell exactly which file you're talking about, but after thinking about it for a while, I think this misunderstanding caused by a temporary cache file (TempDuckUrls.txt). As I mentioned earlier, the site allows the user to search for images using their old stb/receiver. We use the DuckDuckGo search engine ,And this feature is not very well developed because it is not one of the main features, and due to changes that have been made to DuckDuckGo, it does not work from time to time and needs fixes. And to use less resources, we save search results into that file in the format "hash:url". When the user selects an image, it returns from the file instead of doing the whole process again. So it's an auto-generated file for one-time use (new searches overwrite old ones). If the last user searched for Cristiano Ronaldo, you will see results about Cristiano in the file. I haven't tested it for very long, but from what you've found, it seems there's a problem with the censorship filter. As for the "video converter," older stb /receivers only work with video files, so they need to convert the image to a single-frame video in order to work, and this conversion process takes less than one second, I think. so the use of FFMpeg was limited to converting static images to 1-frame videos for STB compatibility. It was not intended for heavy video processing That's why you found FFMpeg on the server And about "causing high server load" issue, the site has a small number of users, and this feature is intermittently unavailable, so I don't believe that's the cause of the high server load. It's possible the site is acting as a proxy server, which could cause the problem. All the statistics were fine on Plesk, and since Lily doesn't have a control panel, I can't know that the site causing high server load, and I apologize for that. If deleting the streaming proxy and image-search feature will help to unsuspend my account, I will do so immediately. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to scan for ways to help reduce storage space. I appreciate it. Able to log in to account and view all my files. Sites all restored. Thanks again. Will do my best to keep this storage limit in mind. Get jaded a bit when you work in environments where space is an afterthought. For such an amazing service, I understand fully the need for such strict measures and it is imperative on me to be more mindful and present while doing my best to help keep this and the community around it thriving. Respect.

I took a look at your account and found 83 MB unemptied trash. root@morty [/home/chrisohps.helioho.st/.trash]# ls -lh total 83M -rw-r--r--. 1 chrisohps psacln 83M Dec 18 04:05 cjb.zip After deleting that for you it brought you to 944 MB which is below the 1000 MB limit. Remember to check the box to skip the trash if you want to avoid wasting space on stuff like this in the future. If you're having trouble staying under the 1000 MB limit you can upgrade your account using the link MoneyBroz posted. Are you able to login now?

Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account: You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.
