Oh...legacy account. Yeah old cPanel accounts used to do that (put addon docroots inside the main domain docroot). We typically recommend just resetting the account if its old enough to be set up that way because of all the weird bugs these accounts usually have, but the fact you both would lose your legacy .org domain (the new account would be keibeeit.heliohost.us since the .org ones are now limited to staff), have third party email DNS set up manually by us, and have an (also really old) Lily account attached to it that would need to be manually fixed after resetting make resetting kind of impractical if the account otherwise works. The document root for domain keibee-it.com has been moved to ~/keibee-it.com for you and will take effect within the next 2 hours. It may show a 404 error or other strange behavior until then.

Are you waiting up to 2 hours for an apache restart? Node doesn't fully disable/enable immediately. It needs an apache restart to take effect.

The log page doesn't load faster after the reset with node.js enabled. Received 504 gateway time-out error once. I reckon perhaps it's something to do with my website code (?). The reset did resolve an unrelated issue I had with 404 errors. However, this issue came back later (after the reset). My website works as expected. I then disable, then enabled node.js, with no change to code or file structure, my website stops working as expected with 404 errors . I'm not sure if this is hosting related or my code related. At this point, I am looking into switching to VPS upon further review of Passenger limitations.

I have started the reset process. If you need any of your files from before the reset I created a full backup which can be downloaded from https://heliohost.org/backup In a few minutes you'll receive an email with a link to continue with the reset process. After recreating your account and enabling Node.js again let us know if the logs page loads faster.

Thanks for getting back. The reset page (https://heliohost.org/dashboard/reset/) says to open a support ticket for resting an account. Can I just request here to reset my account? I acknowledge it is a permanent change involving deleting data.

It looks like sonanella.com is already your main domain. You have another addon domain as well. Are you asking to swap the main domain (which will have its files in the httpdocs folder) and the addon domain (which gets its files in a folder with the same name as the addon domain), or what is it that you're trying to accomplish exactly please? We can swap the domains, but it will require an account reset first, so your entire account doesn't break. Document roots can be changed with valid justification. We have about 8000 accounts so we don't change document roots for anyone without valid justification because it unnecessarily increase admin workload for no good reason. / is already inaccessible to a browser plus you can create directories such as /private/ that are also inaccessible to a browser.

You can temporarily change the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and once DKIM, SPF and DMARC have been setup on the domain, you can just copy the records for use with cloudflare and switch the nameservers back after you're finished. Escalating so a root admin can setup the records for you.

But anyways, I am using Cloudflare and I don't know how I'm supposed to set up email delivery, because every time I send an email to someone using a gmail address it says this: Your email has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated. 550-5.7.26 Gmail requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM. ...for my domain gab.pt.eu.org. Since I'm using Cloudflare and the HelioNet wiki says I have to ask for the records, then I figured out I would make a post, but I don't know how that would work since I am using Cloudflare. Thanks!

I tested this a bit Morty logs loading on Node.js enabled domain = 3.43 seconds Tommy logs loading on Node.js enabled domain = 20.01 seconds So, yes Morty is quite a bit faster, but it shouldn't take more than 30 seconds. Perhaps you need to reset your account first regardless of whether you move to Morty or not. I think this is an issue specific to your account, not a server-wide issue.
