  4. Got a response already...the backup system is still down due to the recent outage. We're waiting on our provider to turn a storage appliance on for us...so yeah, just try again later/tomorrow.

  6. Backups are usually available instantly once you request them. The outage may have caused something to happen that's preventing the download though. I've asked about it in a staff channel and am waiting to find out more about why this would happen...

  10. sorry for the waiting... I didn't have the notifications ON for this. If you think its better to reset it, Ill be downloading the files (update here on this: I followed the link and received the mail, but the link shows: ERROR: Backup file can't be found.) Ill try later to download, it may take some time? Will I be able to handle my domains by my self? or will I need to ask you to config it too?

  17. Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account: You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage. In your case, the bulk of your data is in the git folder (540MB), with the other 460MB in httpdocs.

  20. My account was recently suspended, and it happened while I was transitioning from CGI to a WSGI (Passenger) setup. I would like to request an account unsuspension and a full account reset for my account. Username: ernestlitaunyane Server: Johnny Main Domain: ernestlitaunyane.helioho.st I suspect the suspension was triggered by high memory usage when the Passenger engine attempted to load a heavy library into a persistent process. Once back in, I plan to: Optimise my passenger files to use lazy imports. Reduce the memory footprint of my models. Re-upload a much lighter version of my application. . Thank you.

  25. In November you asked us to allow PostgreSQL connections to pg-service-dm-khanin-project.d.aivencloud.com on port 23579. Unfortunately our firewall doesn't allow us to whitelist domains. We can only whitelist numerical IP addresses. In November the domain pg-service-dm-khanin-project.d.aivencloud.com resolved to the IP 85.9.195.148. Today that same domain resolves to the IP 85.9.193.5. If the IP continues to change every month I recommend you contact this aivencloud and ask them if they can put you on a static IP. Is it working again now?
  26. Glad to hear. I've also gone ahead and set up DKIM, SPF, and DMARC for you for the domain techhouseservices.com so providers like Gmail will actually accept your email. We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.
  27. Escalating to have the rule checked for you. The rule shouldn't just get removed suddenly (moving your account is actually the only thing you could do on your side that would cause it, as a firewall rule would be per-server, not per-user).
