That's the server performing an Apache restart. It happens approximately every 2 hours and lasts for a few minutes typically (the exact length of time depends on server load). The error is normal while the restart is in progress though. -

Yeah, sorry about that. Had the issue with Bad Gateway, no webmail etc but Plesk worked and FTP. Thats why i thought it might be related and hooked up on the other Thread. Makes sense to open a seperate one. Next time And yeah, suddenly it started working again. So it was maybe just a hiccup. Should have waited another 10 minutes Thanks for the compliment about the car 🥰 Actually we have 2 of them. Same build. Both in the family for 17 years now -
DNS issue is fixed, now just needs to provide a real email to get rid of the suspension page.

I split your request to make a new thread since it's easier to troubleshoot different issues separately. I checked your site and it loaded for me (amazing car! 🤩). Looks like you resolved the issue yourself so I'll mark this as [Solved]. Next time, if you run into an issue on your account, unless it seems like something that could be hosting-related or server-wide (which I can see in this case why you thought it could be a Tommy server issue!), please go ahead and make a new thread so your posts don't get accidentally missed in a request created by another user. If it does turn out to be a common issue, admins can always merge threads later and tell everyone they're affected by the same issue. -

If someone signs up with a disposable email because they never want to receive messages from HelioHost, it’s hard to understand why they’d expect us to receive and respond to messages from them when they need help. Especially after doing it a second time. 🤔

No one is born knowing anything about CNAME settings or A records, and I think most people still don't, so you're doing great! 🙂 Sounds like you figured out what to do next, but if you're still stuck, let us know who your registrar is, and if it's one someone else is also using, they may be able to provide more specific help. (For example, I use Namecheap since they have an affiliate agreement with HelioHost so I can help with how to set the DNS up on their site.) Also, just so you know, there is a risk we accidentally miss another request when asking on a thread already marked [Solved]. In this case MoneyBroz saw the other question and has completed it, but it would have been alright if you had raised this as a new request instead, too. Please let us know if you get stuck on anything else!

Yes the issue is DNS related, but as MoneyBroz said above, the terms of service violation has to be addressed first. From our terms of service: Please provide us with a valid, non-disposable email address and we can update your account, unsuspend it, and fix the DNS issue. If you are seen using a disposable email address a third time after we fix it again, your account may be subject to a ban.

Hi MoneyBroz, seems like I messed up with CNAME (I am new to this stuff). It's likely I have to add an A record pointing to Heliohost IP. Can you please remove those two subdomain simrsmp.buyut.heliohost.us and momcare.buyut.heliohost.us and add buyut.andantekno.id instead? I really appreciate your help, but if you can't, it's fine. Thank you.

We cannot provide further assistance until we address the disposable email on your account, we changed it to a normal email on 2026-04-25 and it seems that you changed it back to the disposable one. Is there a working email that you can provide us that isn't disposable?

My username is aleden and I'm on the Tommy server. Plesk seems OK but I cannot connect to aleden.heliohost.org via a browser or via fttp. Have tried different browsers and devices. This has been going on for at least 3 days. Help!

Password protection does require an Apache restart to turn on or off. The error is because turning it off deletes the password file, but until Apache restarts it’s still looking for the file that Plesk deleted. Just waiting 2 hours after turning it off should clear the error. You may need to clear your cache after Apache restarts. Also, when you turn it on, it can take up to 2 hours before it requires a password.

Try waiting up to 2 hours after changing the setting, sometimes settings like this require an Apache restart to apply.

Hi, yes. The database was for build quickly for a board, in the end was decide to keep users and any other stuff out and leave just that table. It was the quick solution for users to leave the msg and admins to approve/delete them, with no history/log necessary. -
