I can not change the password of heliohost dashboard with username: dmcrac After clicking on the link from forget password email, I enter new password and press next which produce a 500 error message (heliohost.org/reset/vps/) Also I need to change the SSH password.

Sorry for the inconvenience of replying to this ticket (I believe this is the right place), but when I check the reverse DNS, it appears that the reverse DNS has not been set up yet. I can see that the domain is already pointing to `65.19.191.155`, but the reverse DNS seems to point to `vps72.heliohost.us`, which may cause my emails to end up in spam folders, even though they are not spam. Looks like your account was moved to a new server on Sept 23 2024, probably because of the server upgrade that happened during that time. I can't see if your account has remote access currently, but server moves will remove the remote access, so I suspect that's what happened here since the "no pg_hba.conf entry for host" error matches the usual indicator that remote access is not enabled. I'm escalating this thread so a root admin can set up the remote access for you.
