Back in December 2024, I installed Drupal 10.3.10 since that's what worked with the MariaDB v10.5.22 we had at the time, to do some load testing on it. It looks like 10.3.0 is not offered anymore, but you may have luck with 10.5.2 which seems to be the next most recent listed now. To specify the Drupal version inside Softaculous, click on the arrow on the blue Install button and choose Custom Install. Then a screen will open up like the below, where you could choose an older version to try.

Hi, I tried to install Drupal from the Softaculous link in Pdesk. I get an error stating that it needs MariaDB 10.6.0 and can only find 10.5.27 Is there an older version that works with MariaDB 10.5.27 that I can install ? It's very rare for any of our volunteers to work more than an hour or so each day. None of our volunteers are required to log a certain number of hours and may come and go as they please. If we aren't having fun volunteering, providing support, chatting with the community, and developing new features then we take a break and do things that are more fun for us. This is why we don't have SLAs or ETAs for new features or repairs, and this is why things move a little slower than a for-profit company that you might be used to dealing with. Your account has been reset, so you'll need to recreate it using the link sent to your email address. If you own that domain, we can certainly add it for you. We can add up to ten custom domains for you, but unless you request .heliohost.us or .helioho.st domains, you'll need to purchase one from a domain registrar.

You were originally suspended for possibly have more than one account, after further investigation on our end we determined that you are using a shared IP address with another user so your account has been unsuspended. -
Your account was suspended because our systems detected that you might have more than one account. We understand that no one ever reads our terms, but as a reminder, our Terms of Service state that each user is allowed to have only one account. The reason we have to enforce this rule is because our servers are already overloaded the way it is, and it wouldn't be fair to everyone that is turned away each day for you to have more than one when so many others have none. One common reason people create more than one account is to get around our storage limit of 1000 MB. Did you know that we will give you another 1000 MB of storage for each $5 USD donation you make up to 5000 MB total? If you'd like to increase the storage of your account just make a donation and then let us know your transaction ID and username. Another common reason people create more than one account is to host more than one website. Did you know that you can host as many websites on your one account as you want? Unlike a lot of free hosts we offer unlimited alias domains, unlimited addon domains, and unlimited subdomains. If you need any help adding another website to your account just let us know.
