  2. Good day, wolstech! Thank you for your prompt response. I appreciate your accommodation to my concern. The sudden spike of memory usage was probably because of my multiple attempts to run NPM commands in one of my Node applications last week. I had problems with running `npm run dev` command since no outputs were shown during my attempt to run my Vue app in development mode. Again, I sincerely apologize for exceeding my memory limits beyond what is provisioned under my Tommy account. I'll be mindful of using my account resources well moving forward.

  4. Core is the base package, and is the "classic" product people would call Drupal. Drupal CMS is Core with a bunch of extra modules preinstalled so you can just dive in. The CMS product is actually quite new and has requirements newer than what's on Tommy. It might run on Morty, but only Core 10.5 will run on Tommy. They do have a self-contained demo copy for the CMS product that can run on your PC for testing though, just to see if its even what you would want: https://new.drupal.org/drupal-cms/launcher Tommy and Johnny will likely be rebuilt with newer MariaDB at some point if you wanted to go that route on your Tommy account. Considering Drupal Core has a pretty steep learning curve, you may find other products easier. There's plenty of options out there (just avoid Wordpress...)
  5. I don't remember seeing 2 options for Drupal (CMS, Core) last December when I installed it. I spotted a Softaculous banner earlier that said "Drupal CMS is a version of Drupal that includes core and common extensions, pre-installed and configured to give you a head start", so I guess if you knew you needed whatever common extensions came with the CMS version, that'd be convenient. I didn't notice the CMS one doesn't let you specify a version. The banner didn't list which common extensions the CMS comes with, though. I just tried a test install of Drupal Core 10.5.2 on my test Tommy account, and it completed successfully, so it works okay with MariaDB 10.5.27. It already seems to have a bunch of modules available to be enabled already, so it's not a completely bare bones option to use. I didn't change any of the pre-set default settings in the Custom Installation options, except to set a much stronger admin password. It may be worth trying out Drupal Core (v.10.5.2) and if you need any more extensions, it seems possible to add more contributed modules from Drupal's list of them here. If you don't necessarily have your heart set on Drupal, we have a few other CMS options listed on this page. Depending on what kind of content you had in mind for a CMS, you may find something interesting there, too. If you're planning a wiki-type of site, we've also been using MediaWiki for the HelioHost Wiki and I've been enjoying Docusaurus for a wiki-style recipe collection with blog.
  6. You're suspended for high server load. Something running on your account was using too much memory. The limit is 200GB/day. Please fix the issue quickly. If you need help identifying the source of the load, please let us know. Unsuspended. It may take a few minutes to work again.
  7. Hi again, Sorry, I didn't specify correctly what I was trying to do. I am trying to install Drupal CMS, not the core (or do you need to do that first ?). The CMS install doesn't seem to have a option for version. Have been making web sites in html, asp and php but am totally newbie to the whole CMS thing. Any pointers would be very helpful and appreciated. Cheers, Andy
  8. Hi KazVee, Thanks for the reply and information. I'll try that. Cheers, Andy
  9. Good day, admins! I received a suspension notice upon logging in to HelioHost.net just now. I'd like to respectfully inquire for further information regarding the possible reasons why I got my account suspended for the time being. I sincerely apologize for any trouble I may have caused in your service that led to my suspension penalty. Here are the details of my HelioHost account for you to check on: Username: TheDannified Server: Tommy Main Domain: thedannified.helioho.st I look forward to hearing from you at your most convenient time. Thank you!
  10. An administrator will be able to do this for you in the morning (i.e. in about eight hours).

  13. Hi, I need to configure a DNS records for one of my domains, my username is: HaruNoYukki and the domain is: oulmex.com.mx A -> oulmex.com.mx pointing to. 185.133.35.13 TTL 21600 A-> oulmex.com.mx. pointing to 185.133.35.14 TTL 21600 CNAME-> www.oulmex.com.mx pointing to oulmex.mitiendanube.com TTL 21600 CNAME -> inmail.oulmex.com.mx pointing to inmail.tiendanube.net TTL 14440 Thank you for your attention. 14. Back in December 2024, I installed Drupal 10.3.10 since that's what worked with the MariaDB v10.5.22 we had at the time, to do some load testing on it. It looks like 10.3.0 is not offered anymore, but you may have luck with 10.5.2 which seems to be the next most recent listed now. To specify the Drupal version inside Softaculous, click on the arrow on the blue Install button and choose Custom Install. Then a screen will open up like the below, where you could choose an older version to try.
  15. We encourage users to bump their requests if it's been more than 24 hours with no response, in case we missed it somehow. Thanks.
  16. Please check your PMs for information regarding your Lily account.
  17. Thank you for the quick reply today. I do not wish to rush you. Thank you for the help. If you need us to do anything for the account setup, let us know.
  18. Apologies for the delay on this. We've been addressing an issue with Lily that occurred on Tuesday, so new accounts have been delayed. Updates applied as part of addressing that issue were finishing up overnight last night. I'll try to create your account later this evening.
  19. Hi, I tried to install Drupal from the Softaculous link in Pdesk. I get an error stating that it needs MariaDB 10.6.0 and can only find 10.5.27 Is there an older version that works with MariaDB 10.5.27 that I can install ? Domain: andyburnton.helioho.st Server: Tommy Username: andyburnton Any help would be much appreciated as I'm new to this CMS stuff ......... Regards, Andy
  20. Our goal is to respond to all support requests within 24 hours, but I know there have been some issues with Lily that needed to be fixed. Perhaps that is why it's taking longer than usual. It's also possible Wolstech just missed this request, so I pinged him to make sure he sees it. Sorry for the delay.
  21. Unsuspended. it can take a few minutes to start working.
  22. All HelioHost Staff are Volunteers Helio Networks dba HelioHost is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to provide free or low cost web hosting, and all of our staff are volunteers. We all have full time jobs and lives outside of this project. We run this organization in our free time, and if we don't have very much free time things don't get done very quickly. Most for-profit hosting companies have a staff of full time employees who sit around providing support and working 40 hours a week. It's very rare for any of our volunteers to work more than an hour or so each day. None of our volunteers are required to log a certain number of hours and may come and go as they please. If we aren't having fun volunteering, providing support, chatting with the community, and developing new features then we take a break and do things that are more fun for us. This is why we don't have SLAs or ETAs for new features or repairs, and this is why things move a little slower than a for-profit company that you might be used to dealing with. ETA for Support Requests All HelioHost staff are unpaid volunteers, so there is no guaranteed timeframe for a response to support requests. Help is generally provided within 24 hours, but this can vary for multiple reasons: Time zone differences (most staff are based in North America) Real-life commitments: Work School Family For more information on ETAs (and why we do not offer them), please see: https://wiki.helionet.org/ETA
  23. Any idea how long this will take?

  25. Domain added, it'll take effect in about twenty minutes. You'll need to create an A/AAAA record to Tommy's IP address or switch to HelioHost's nameservers (if you haven't already) for the domain to work.
  26. Please, my username is "osmaralvarez6911" and I want you to add the following domain "technoitbo.site", greetings
