  6. Only admins can change the root directory. Because it requires manual effort from unpaid volunteer staff, all requests to change the root directory must have a legitimate reason. I sincerely apologize for the mistake I made. I created two separate accounts without realizing that the HelioHost terms allow only one Johnny/Tommy account per person. This was an honest oversight on my part, as I had not fully read the terms at the time of registration. I kindly request that you please reactivate my original account (guruji.helioho.st) and allow me to continue using it. I take full responsibility for the misunderstanding and assure you that I will follow all HelioHost rules moving forward. I have no intention of creating multiple accounts again. If possible, you may permanently delete or close the second account (vip.helioho.st) so that I remain compliant with your policy. Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and support.   15. I would like to delete some files, and that would be the backups and just left the last backup made. I am also planning on expanding the storage for more of my future projects. But for now deleting some of the files would be the best choice. THANKS!

  17. That does seem to be the case. An administrator can delete some files for you once they're awake (it's currently nighttime in the US). Are there any files you'd like to be deleted? Alternatively, you can either reset your account from scratch or expand your storage for a small fee.
  18. Hi, this is sphinx0945 from Johnny server, My account got suspended from going over the limit of the 1gb limit. Its probably the scheduled backup in which that i forgot to set properly. Is there anyway for me to be able to use it again or be able to access the last backup? Thanks!

  24. Yes, staff members can add domains for you at your request. You can ask for a .heliohost.us/.helioho.st domain, or a domain of your choosing if you have one through a domain registrar. Here's a wiki article describing the details: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains

  26. I assume Postgres? If so, we just need the database name and database user that needs remote access and we can set it up for you. If it's MariaDB, you can do it yourself in Plesk (it's at the bottom of the database user's properties below the permissions).
