Hello HelioHost Support Team, My account was suspended due to High Load (CPU/Memory limits). I found the root cause: I misconfigured a monitoring frontend script to ping my proxy file every 3 second, which overload the server resources. Could you please help me unsuspend my account and delete the following two files on my domain archive.alk.xx.kg to stop the high load permanently? - index.php - proxy.php Username: alkastraverse Main domain: alk.helioho.st Subdomain: archive.alk.xx.kg (high load) Thank you for your support!

Do you want me to just make this an addon domain for you? To change the main domain you'd need to remove all of your subdomains (which deletes their content), and the entire .top domain will drop dead anyway when I remove it (because the DNS zone will get deleted).

scutoid started following [Solved] Submitting request to add domain
-
I've been using scutoid.top, and I recently bought scutoid.dev I want to replace scutoid.top with scutoid.dev for my heliohost plan but I also need verification codes for everything so I can switch them over to scutoid.dev

Domain added, it'll take effect in about an hour and a half. If you haven't switched to HelioHost's nameservers, you'll need to create an A/AAAA record to Johnny's IP address for the domain to work.

[Solved] error: The MySQL Connection could not be established.

Ok, I'm not sure why your Wordpress install disappeared then. I assumed you installed it after the move started. -

Indeed I did not touch anything once it started. I was mid way though trying to cleanup the file structure when you suggested moving due to the lack of Softaculous on Tommy OG. I was not aware of the directory structure built to support the Softaculous software. Nope it was well explained, thank you. The main thing is that I'm still familiarizing myself with everything available on the host, and I'm at the bottom end of the learning curve as I've been playing around for almost a week now. But I'm catching up fast, at least I'd like to think Will keep that in mind, appreciate your assistance working through my mess -

The email you received when the move began explained If you can suggest a clearer way to explain that would have helped you and others to understand the issue, we would appreciate the feedback. It appears as if you've been deleting the Softaculous installed files via File Manager. This messes up Softaculous because the files it expects to be there are suddenly missing. If you wish to remove an installation that was installed via Softaculous we strong recommend using the delete button inside Softaculous so that the state of the files and installs remains in sync. Softaculous thought there was a Wordpress install in httpdocs/wp, a Concrete install in httpdocs/conc and another Wordpress install located in httpdocs/main but all of these files were deleted without using Softaculous delete button. I was getting the same error as you even after cleaning up the mess. This is why we invite beta testers to test out the new server before we start bulk moving all of the accounts to the upgraded server. There was an issue with Softaculous connecting to MariaDB. It seems to be fixed now, and I was able to install Wordpress successfully on your account which can be seen at https://phoule.helioho.st/wp/ If you want to delete it please remember to use the delete button inside Softaculous, not just deleting the files through File Manager. Thanks for helping to test the new Tommy2 server, and finding an issue that needed to be fixed. -

Appreciate yall. If push comes to shove, I'm also more than happy to just do a full reset if that is easier than parsing through lines of code. I'm still just investigating the tools I want to use. So nothing is "permanent" yet. -

Localhost:3306 should be correct. Krydos is going to take a look at this for you. -

I did find a reference in the following file: phoule.helioho.st / private / .softaculous / installations.php I am not sure how this file is used yet however so this may be useless info, if so sorry. It does refer to localhost:3306 as well however -

I don't know what Softaculous is using but on my database page it reads: Host localhost:3306 I'm also noticing the site move to Tommy2 may have grabbed older data files. I had already removed WordPress and a couple other apps that are now installed a few hours prior to the migration.
